It was the year 1991 when I met for the first time Ibrahim Rugova, the chairman of LDK, and after that the President of Kosovo for many years. I have made even a long interview with him who provoked envy to my friends which were journalist too and also a kind of hidden jealousy to the politicians that haven known me. Many of them have tried to meet Rugova but that was not possible for them. He had not receipt them and they would wonder how the door of his residence in Tirana was opened for me and them, pretty personalities, were not accepted by him.
Rugova, with the characteristic scarf around his neck during the winter and also summer too, with that quiet view and with the soft sight and visionaries as Gandhi of India, he always spoke with a calm and deep voice like the echo of a wide and slow river flow that fills beyond its delta.
I remember what he said to me with a debonair voice:
“Balkans need a big support by democratic world to be free from the nightmares of the devil and to be civilized, it needs powerful distinguished politicians and diplomats lobbies like the famous, American President, Wilson!…
Only the Americans and his friends will bring the western civilization in Albania and will set Kosovo free one day and also it will make it a legal state. We, Albanians, seems as we have forgotten the tradition of our ancients, as the devil of Balkans has caught us by the throat, the devil of Balkans don’t let us to go ahead without being pushed by the others. Never forget that, my friend. One day, Americans will give us the courage again, as the great Wilson did”…
That was what Rugova said to me, this Gandhi of Balkans, and so it happened. There were needed the interventions of the secretary Beker, of the father President Bush, of the President Clinton, of the secretary Albrights, of the Prime Minister Blair, of the president Bush Junior, of the secretary Hilary Clinton, and the intervention of many other American ambassadors and diplomats to make Albania survive in the year 1997, that zero year, which quite undid us as a nation, Albanians, and turned us back in the ancient civilization.
There were also needed the efforts of this American titans to save Kosovo in the year 1999 from the exterminator epidemic by the black devil – Serbia. There were needed the intervention of NATO, with American veto, to make Kosovo survive and to be an independent state of our days. In another meeting, before some years, the President Ibrahim Rugova, repeated me with a smiling face:
“How do you think, don’t I look like those oracles of Dodona, astrologers and soothsayer from Epirus, your ancestors, oh Cham, who predicted the gains and losses of the famous king, Pirro of Epirus?… I have told you that the great goods will come from Americans, as well as combative diplomats like Richard Holbrook… I believe you know him?”…
I replied him smiling that I had hear all about him but I never had the opportunity to know him closer.
“You will know him”, – the President Rugova replied me as soon as he can.
I think yes, I told him, if I believe in your predictions as an Epirus oracle. At least, till now, you have predicted all the flow of events in Balkans…
And really, President Rugova and his friends make it possible for me to know from closer the Golden Ambassador, Richard Holbrooke, as I used to call him later in the eyes of my talkers. He was a rare personality, charmed, whom gives you the idea that he enabled all the potentials of spiritual and mental energies, till he get tired, as he used hypnotic rare virtues to be imposed to each person he had to negotiate. And he always won. At least this is and still remains my opinion…
He was the one who knew how to calm down the stone of the brutal heart of stirred Balkans, to sag it and to perform it with his mind and golden hands… So, due to his insistence, today we have a peaceful Balkan, as well as an international lobbying organization with many powerful politicians and diplomats lobbies connections as the implacable Hillary Clinton, etc. Due to ideas and talent of Richard Holbrooke, we have today in Balkan the organization Diplomatic Mission Peace And Prosperity, a peace Paradise household. God bless the staff, partners and collaborators of Diplomatic Mission Peace And Prosperity!…

From Albania to America
Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity acts especially in Balkan, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Monte Negro, ect. The activity of this mission is spreaded also in many countries of Europe as Belgium, Greece, Germany, France, Italy, ect. Izrael and USA are two primary places Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity has the greatest support without mentioning many other places all over the world.

Honorary Chairman of this mission is the diplomat dr. Haim Reitan. The journalist Shefki Hysa is the Governor.

Meeting’s in Kosovo
Diplomatic Mission Peace And Prosperity, time after time, has organized visits with foreign investors and donators in Kosovo, with the intent to support financially different projects of communes and business of this new state which is under development.
Foreigner delegations are being welcome by the Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi and by ministers and high directors of his Government. The representatives of these delegations have had meetings also with some commune’s majors and with directors and businessman of the Economic Room of Kosovo by finalizing that way a useful collaboration for the financing of many projects.
Actually, the major of the commune of Gjilan, Qemal Mustafa, with his staff has receipted in a job meeting a delegation of politicians and businessman from Israel. In the same day, Qemal Mustafa together with the communal officials for projects, Fadil Osmani and Habib Mahmuti, in Prishtina, have met the delegation from Israeli and they have presented to them the projects with which the commune of Gjilan compete in the conference of donations for Kosovo, especially of that of the river “Mirusha”, demonstrated by the author himself of that project, Ilir Gjinoli.
The major of commune has thanked the delegation from Israel for their shown encourage seeing in reality the opportunities of the economic development of Kosovo after it is set free. In meanwhile, Dr. Haim Reitan, diplomat, Honorary Chairman of Diplomatic Mission Peace And Prosperity, the leader of group for Kosovo, by thanking for the reception and the collaboration, has said: “We are here to identify the fields where we can collaborate with you and to exchange our experiences. We are convinced for a brilliant future for Kosovo, so that we will help you with all our opportunities.” He has shown his optimism.
The delegation from Israel has been accompanied by some representative from the Economic Room of Kosovo, the major of the commune of Dardana and the majors of some other communes, also with some of their collaborators known as businessman from Kosovo, from the enterprise of electrical cables production “CF Progresi”, “Kompleksi Kamberi”, etc.

Richard Holbrooke – Model of American Democracy
The diplomat, Richard Hoolbrok, among many other places has worked especially in Balkan,one of the hottest regions all over the world. He will always be in the memories of all the generations in the Balkan countries due to the interruption of the war in Bosnje and Herzegovina and also due to his strong discussion with Slobodan Milosevic.
Multiple engagements as well as his energetic methods as mediator, as a demanding, stringent and determined diplomat, are well known. Richard Holbrooke has testify extraordinary abilities to sit down around a single table, the main protagonists of the war in ex-Yugoslavia, to discuss in favor of a peace agreement. The importance of his personal engagement to make concrete the agreement of “Agreement of Dayton” is accepted by large circles of politics, academics and medias.
Ambassador Richard Hoolbroke was one of the first diplomats who make pupblic the contacts with the warriors of UÇK in the first phase of the Kosovo’s war.
Richard Holbrook was the real model of the American diplomacy and due to his abilities he was friend and collaborator of many American presidents and also of many distinguished international politicians.
Richard Holbrooke, this performer of today Balkans, was also the initiator of Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity which is an international lobbying organization.
